Who we are
Forte Prep is a French language test-preparation service based in Canada. We help immigrants prepare for the TEF Canada and TCF Canada exams. You can reach us at hello@forteprep.ca.
What we collect
When you fill out the reservation form on our website, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp number (optional)
- Your answers to the program fit questions (immigration goal, French level, start timeline, budget)
We do not collect payment information on this site. If a deposit is requested, it is handled through a separate Stripe-hosted page.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Follow up with you about your reservation within 24 hours
- Answer your questions before you commit to the program
- Notify you about cohort openings if you join the waitlist
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Third-party services
Our reservation form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit the form, your data passes through Formspree's servers before being delivered to us by email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log basic request metadata (IP address, browser type) as part of standard infrastructure operation. We do not have access to this data at an individual level.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@forteprep.ca. We will remove your data from our records within 10 business days.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
